Cruella DeVil loves to design and wear clothes -- especially the warm, fuzzy, furry kind. Roger and Anita's Dalmations have a litter of fifteen puppies and Cruella hatches a plan to kidnap them. Pongo and Perdy, (parents of the puppies) and other animals across the country team up to stop Cruella and her henchmen... Will they succeed?
