Based upon the Bonavista Peninsula Oral History Project, which conducted over 900 interviews in the last 2 years, the play beautifully weaves authentic memories of outport life into the story of an archetypal Newfoundland family. Laughter and sadness, reward and loss, love and longing blend as the characters bring the past to vibrant life again.
