Little Dolphin always likes to play with his friend Oscar the octopus. Oscar can manage eight yo-yos at once, but when he juggles his arms get in a twist! He's got some new friends from the next-door bay, Smudge and Blot - but they don't seem to want to play with Little Dolphin.
