Vita Kirk is a travel writer who hates to leave home. She lives alone and keeps in touch with the world via her computer. One day she buys a blue tin box at an antique store to hold her CDs. Its inscription, "Love is the key that unlocks every portal," takes on a vivid reality when Vita's computer begins to sho her lives from the past. Now, both fascinated and disturbed by what she is seeing, Vita begins to question her own life and the decisions she has made.
