Employing a combination of live action and animation, this film tells the story of a cartoon rabbit, Roger, who has been framed for a murder he did not commit. Roger hires a detective to clear his name and save him from the evil Judge Doom, who wants to annihilate not only Roger but all of Toontown as well.
