Back in mid 1970s, just as the hunt protest was starting to take shape, Land and Sea travelled to the front off Labrador for the annual harvest of whitecoats. Although the sealers couldn't have know it at the time the years of the white coat hunt were numbered. We take this voyage into the past on board the Lady Johnson captained by one of Newfoundland's most famous sealers, Morrissey Johnson.
