The evil Jesus Mendoza Hoffman, decendent of one of the most imfamous Nazis of all time, and his fanatical New Army of Liberation pose a dire threat to the new world - and Ben Raines' rebel forces. With his massive army crushing everthing in its path, Hoffman is spreading his chilling doctrine of death and destruction from Mexico to the Canadian border.
