After the death of her father, radio talk show therapist Sonny Blake moves back to her childhood home on Rosewood Lane. Upon her arrival she discovers that her neighbors are terrified of the local paperboy. Sonny dismisses their paranoid warnings but gets more than she bargained for when she encounters the boy, leaving her face to face with true evil.
