In Valley View, a small town populated by mediums, a superstitious killer is on the prowl and gunning for Bella Jordan, who witnessed one of his body dumps, and the whole town must come together to stop the murderer before he strikes again.

Bella Jordan happens to be at her window just as a murderer dumps his corpse into the lake across Valley View in Lily Dale. The killer spots her and prowls to her door, but is interrupted. Jiffy Arden, a neighborhood kid, begins to have premonitions of being kidnapped during the season's first snowstorm. When it strikes he vanishes. Bella's son, Max, believes Jiffy has been kidnapped. When a body shows up in the lake, everyone is pulling out all the stops to find the missing child, identify the victim, and collar the killer.
