Adßele has left everything: Paris, the large restaurant where she worked, the constant pressure from the kitchens, the misogyny of the chef who restrained her a little more every day. To escape burnout, she took refuge with a friend of her grandmother's in Saint-Malo. In JosÔephine's crÒeperie, she is gradually resuming her marks, staying away from the kitchens but taking care of service and customers. In this gourmet and warm cocoon, she becomes the one who is asked for writing advice for a municipal speech, an application file or a letter of complaint. So, when the creperie is threatened with closure, Adßele is ready to do anything to prevent this bastion of humanity and benevolence from disappearing.
