Summary
Anxiety generates repeated disaster scenarios. “It's going to go badly” - “We're not going to make it” - “I have to control everything” - “I'm going to die”... It's exhausting (for oneself and for those around you), useless, sometimes frankly unmanageable. The good news is that it is treatable. There is no inevitability: you can change and “decatastrophize” your mind. This comic allows you to play down the drama and understand what anxiety therapy consists of. Three endearing and sometimes funny anxious people tell the film about their anxiety. Then we follow them in therapy, in Doctor Fanget's office, we discover the behavioral, cognitive and emotional tools that allow them to free themselves from the tyranny of anxious thinking.
