Georgina Wiley was one of the 99 privileged Commonwealth subjects invited to an 80th birthday lunch with the Queen at Buckingham Palace. In her excited state, Georgie drives her car off the road, and ends up in a thickly wooded ravine. Thrown from the car and unable to move , she lies stranded and helpless.
