Noddy's adventures take him on a journey to find snow for the Skittles, who have never seen it before. He finds a tiny bit on the mountaintop, but by the time he gets back it has almost melted. Just when he thinks he's not going to be able to find any, he is called to the Jelly Bowl, where there is a special surprise waiting for him. He just might be able to show the Skittles snow after all.
