Marilyn Monroe and Yves Montand star in this bright and witty CinemaScope musical about a billionaire and an off-Broadway actress. The richest man in the world (Montand) goes to a small Greenwich village theatre where he is about to be parodied in revue. Although he's initially planning to sue, when he sees the star actress (Monroe), he's instantly love-struck and pretends to be an inept actor in order to get close to her. Monroe lights up the screen as she sings Cole Porter's 'My Heart Belongs To Daddy.' Milton Berle, Gene Kelly and Bing Crosby also appear in clever cameos in this light-hearted romp.
