Returning to her West Virginia hometown for the funeral of her mother, Chyna Greer is still haunted by the disappearance of her best friend, Zoey, when both girls had been teenagers, discovers that two other young girls have also vanished, and embarks on a search for the truth that uncovers an evil that still stalks the town.
