When the ferocious draug, the vampire's deadliest enemy, floods Morganville most of the locals flee. Student Claire Danvers and her friends Shane, Eve and Michael, however, choose to stay and fight. But unless they can find an antidote to the draugs' bite, Morganville's future looks bleak.
