Brendan, is an unlucky janitor at the Dublin Medical College, plagued with financial strains of every shape and size. Sworn off gambling, he discovers a shrunken head that can pick winning horses. Eager to finance his daughter's college education, Brendan comes up with a unique plan to cover his loses at the local racetrack. But, must now grapple with the host of new problems that accompany his magical discovery.
