Manhattan Assistant D.A. Alexandra Cooper is awakened by a call summoning her to the scene of a gruesome stabbing. The victim was barely breathing. As Alex and her task force assemble, they learn that the hospital complex where the victim worked is connected to the Stuyvesant Psychiatric Center, and sits atop a maze of tunnels built in the '50s to serve as a bomb shelter.
