Summary:
Meet John Lien and other members of the whale rescue and research team at MUN. These people are called on to free whales that have become entangled in fishermen's nets. Rather than cut the whale free, this team tries to free the whale with the least damage to the nets while preserving the life of the whale. This group has also been doing some research, helped out by fisher peopele, about using several devices to keep whales away from nets. They have found that a certain tone of bell will sound a warning.
