Outside Coyote Springs, a little band of defenseless Indians is slaughtered in revenge for the massacre of Custer and his men at Little Big Horn. And U.S. Marshal Frank Cole, dispatched to investigate the killings, must watch helplessly as the town's men and women close ranks to protect their own. Slowly, however, the walls of secrecy and hatred begin to tumble, and Cole realizes he must find an eyewitness with the guts to testify. But his search could start a brand-new bloodbath, with Cole himself as the first victim!
