Andy O'Brien, a longtime hockey writer for the Montreal Herald and Weekend magazine, was asked by his editor to write a light book of stories from hockey history that could be read during a three hour plane flight from Toronto to Vancouver. The result is this interesting book of vignettes from hockey history, including stories about Howie Morenz, the Penticton Vees world championship run, and the Stanley Cup challenge of 1905 by the Dawson City team.
