For well over twenty-five years, writers from around the world have spent time at The Banff Centre, some in programs and others in self-directed residencies. During this time, some of Canada's finest writers have visited the retreat with lasting effects on their work and careers. Intersections brings together fiction and poetry from thirty-four Canadian, American and British writers who have all worked independently at The Banff Centre's Leighton Studios, gathering the threads of a unique creative community, bringing together remarkable intersections of setting, story, tone and character.
