The Great Bird Circus is headed to a big show but when they reach the border, there's trouble. Paloma and the ringmaster can cross, but the birds need paperwork, and lots of it! The situation seems hopeless, until Paloma's quick thinking saves the day. The birds are freed from their cages, the truck passes through, and as the border guard looks on in horror, the birds fly over the border and the circus is reunited on the other side!
