Summary:
Where do you find evidence of the Loyalist History of Nova Scotia? After the American Revolution approximately 30,000 United Empire Loyalists, individuals who had remained loyal to the British cause, came as refugees to what is now Nova Scotia. For several years the author travelled the province of Nova Scotia exploring sites related to the settlement of United Empire Loyalists. He has taken thousands of photographs, prepared dozens of videos, and authored historical articles. The purpose of this book is to share some of this information and encourage others to learn about and visit the buildings, cairns, cemeteries, churches, monuments, and forts connected to the United Empire Loyalists.
