Tillie's Punctured Romance: Charlie, the dapper city guy, woos Tillie, the farmer's daughter, to get her father's money. However he just can't seem to get the money away from Tillie to enjoy time with his other girl.
Burlesque of Carmen: A parody of Cecil B. DeMille's Carmen (released that same year), the short finds Charlie Chaplin as unwitting police officer Officer Darn Hosiery, who becomes the target of gypsy smugglers.
