Alix Duffet, researcher at the Institut de la Vision, is assigned by a former classmate who has become Special Advisor to the Prime Minister, to help the government resolve an unprecedented health crisis: the entire population suddenly sees a blur. Alix, with her Oculus team, engages in a race against time with the media to understand the origin of the disorder without creating a movement of panic.
