Paul Duguid is a legitimate arms dealer who also sells illegal weapons to street thugs. When his son Bobby becomes implicated in the murder of the father of a prominent U.S. Senator, and his girlfriend takes on the responsibility of smuggling guns across the border, his life suddenly becomes more complicated.
