Traces the lives and loves of two Armenian women. Dzovig is a young woman brought up in the aftermath of the Armenian genocide and Vecihe is the mother of Dzovig's dead lover, Tomas. Slowly, over time, they both come to terms with the events that have led them to suffer the tragic consequences of political unrest.
