Rainbow Fish and his friends decided to hold their own impromptu sports day. It sounds like a good idea, but it's soon clear that Spike is a whining sore loser and Puffer is a boasting poor winner. Suddenly, no one is having fun. It's up to Rainbow Fish and Dyna to set a good example and help everyone understand what it means to be a good sport and the importance of team spirit.
