Murphy wants to be a fisherman like his dad who died on the day he was born. His mom moved to St. John's leaving him with his aunt and uncle in a Newfoundland outport. On a winter day, an earthquake strikes offshore and an old-timer warns that it will trigger a tsunami but no-one believes him. Murphy checks out the harbour and finds that all the water's been sucked out of it! The sea comes back with a roar and Murphy only has seconds to respond. Can he save his aunt and cousins? Can he save himself?
