Wrong turn : Chris is driving through West Virginia. He takes a detour down an old dirt road, where he becomes distracted and doesn't see an SUV stuck in the middle of the road. He plows into the back after his tires suddenly blow. The driver of the SUV and Chris compare notes on their accidents, they discover that the road has been sabotaged with barbed wire. Two of the group are left to look after the cars while the others set out to find help. However, they soon discover they've become prey to a family of cannibalistic mountain men who have become horribly disfigured through generations of inbreeding.

Wrong turn 2 : Six reality show contestants are put together for six days in a remote part of West Virginia. The contestants discover that they really are fighting for their survival, against a family of hideously deformed inbred cannibals out to butcher them all.

Wrong turn 3 : A group of people find themselves trapped in the backwoods of West Virginia, fighting for their lives against a group of vicious and horribly disfigured inbred cannibals.

Wrong turn 4 : An isolated sanatorium deep in the West Virginia wilderness is deserted after an inbred family of hillbilly cannibals escape and take revenge on their captors. Decades later, a group of college students seeks refuge in the now-abandoned hospital after a blizzard derails their plans for a weekend winter break. But when the students encounter the medical ward's most frightening former patients, their only choice is to fight back, or die trying!

Wrong turn 5 : A small West Virginia town hosting the legendary Mountain Man Festival on Halloween is shaken when a family of inbred hillbilly cannibals snacks on a group of visiting college students.
