I was a Fishing Guide for 10 years at the former Awesome Lake Lodge in Labrador, Canada. "Yarns from Awesome Lake" is a collection of hilarious, exciting, and remarkable true fishing stories from that time. The stories are filled with humorous events, wonderful adventures, and of course... Monster Brook Trout, and tips to Land 'Em. I have included over 30 photos, a Caribou Hunting Story, and as a bonus read my multigenerational Eastman Family Ghost Stories! I end the book, with a very emotional and personal story of the loss of my youngest son, Ronnie, to a fishing accident. I have also included a song I wrote in memory of him. Ronnie loved fishing and hunting, and I am sure he continues to in Heaven.
