Named after the popular game, Truth or Dare begins with this first installment in which Cat realizes that she and her best friend, Becca, both have eyes for a hot guy named Ollie. What's more, Cat has been dating good-mannered Squidge for a while but isn't "mad" about him -- how can she be true to her own feelings but still keep Becca and Squidge as friends? For Cat, it's not easy to know when to speak the barefaced truth or to spare others' feelings, but after rumors begin to swirl about Cat and Ollie kissing on the beach, she knows she has to do something. Thankfully, Cat finds out that being honest and open may not be the worst thing after all.
