Teen karate star Rando awakens after a year in a coma to find that a plastic surgeon, Dr. Manabe, who had no idea what Rando looked like, has reconstructed him in the image of his crush Rina, whose picture he had in his pocket. Then, Rando is mistaken for Rina's long-lost twin sister and adopted into her family, and is forced to play the role or be exposed as a weirdo.
