From an early age, Jamie Conklin, a young boy, sees the dead and can speak with them. While a bomber is rampant in New York, Tia's police girlfriend, Jamie's mother, asks her to use her gift to find the ghost of the dead terrorist and get him to confess the location of the bombs.
