Clay Scarborough has had his share of problems with the young drifter recently taken on by the Circle R Ranch's owner. But Clay has other things on his mind, like the rustlers whom no one can find and the gold boom that brings a horde of miners to the area. Soon, Clay faces not only the miners and rustlers, but the maniacal drifter--all of whom want Clay out of their way.
