Modern-day Robin Hood, Newfoundland's Captain Peter Kerrivan is dogged by his own Sheriff of Nottingham who is prepared to bend every rule in the book to put Kerrivan behind bars. Before the action is over, a Canadian Cabinet minister is sweating to cover crimes that go straight to the top, and two honest cops must put things right.
