Buster becomes a local hero when he saves a cat stuck in a tree. News travels fast and soon he's on the front page, and he even gets to be on T.V! But then he starts calling his classmates "fans," cutting in front of lines, and telling the Brain to do his homework for him, Arthur and his friends try to put a stop to Buster's runaway ego.
