An imagined journal of Dorothy Stratten, a Canadian beauty who took the Playboy Mansion by storm, went on to centrefold stardom and a B-movie career, then died at the hands of her estranged husband at age twenty. It follows Dorothy from her childhood, through her relationship with her husband Paul, to her summons by Hefner to the Playboy Mansion and the beginning of the end.
