Summary:
Black Tickle - This year's Labrador summer fishery was a good one for the trap fishery, but a bad one for longliners. The cod stayed close to shore while "slub" remained where the longliner fished. We examine the problem.
Tail of the Banks - The problem of Spanish trawlers fishing outside Canada's 200-mile limit is examined. We travel aboard the fisheries vessel "Cape Roger" to the tail of the Grand Banks where fisheries officals board Spanish trawlers that are fishing here.
