This film follows a mental health crisis team that makes it's rounds in downtown Toronto. Situations can be highly charged and unpredictable but in most cases, with time, patience and expertise, they peel away at the labels, and de-escalate the situation by providing referrals, services and resources within the community, avoiding hospitalization and jail.
