Griz lives with his family and dogs on an island off the coast of Scotland. Its first neighbors are three islands away, and the following ones ... so far away that they are probably no longer neighbors. In fact, if Griz added up all the people crossed during his life, one could hardly form a football team. Because, a generation after Castration, the Earth has less than ten thousand inhabitants.
