Summary:
Peter, a young boy, wants to learn how to whistle so he can summon his dog Willie. However, try as he might, Peter just can't whistle, and so he does some other things, like spinning himself around in circles, drawing with chalk on the sidewalk, and going home to play with his mother. Later, when Peter goes back outside, he spots Willie. Will Peter finally be able to whistle for his pup?
