Summary:
Fishermen of Port de Grave. -- From the Arctic ice-choked harbour of spring to the winds and weather of late fall, the fishermen of Port de Grave struggle with the fishery. They chase cod, caplin, squid, and mackerel. Somehow, despite the unpredictability of supply, weather, quotas, and prices, they always seem to make a go of it. We also roam Conception Bay on the Avalon Clipper.
Those reliable cansos. -- Within a couple of years, the aging fleet of Canso water bombers will be replaced by new, modern and sophisticed aircraft. This video takes look at the Cansos and the men who fly them
