Simon Prew and gang resurface after a brief hiatus, hungrier and craftier than ever. In transit, they acquire an element that adds a new dimension to their crew, allowing more daring and unpredictable thefts. They continue to expand their range, perpetrating much more elaborate and sophisticated swindles netting bigger paydays. The gang moves swiftly, making it difficult for their marks, other criminals, or the police to keep pace. Stan Buchanan resumes his wife’s quest, joined by police officer Walter Kennedy. The men quickly realize the magnitude of their task but forge ahead, seeking justice for Sara. Although aided slightly by some unlikely characters, the odds remain unfavourable as the pursuit continues.
