The past catches up with Mark Torrence, a Chicago hood who squealed on his colleagues before vanishing under the Witness Protection Program. It happens when Torrence, now married to a lawyer and the father of two children, is photographed by a newspaper for his sterling work as a youth counsellor and one of his ex-colleagues sees the picture.
