Fish and strawberries. A recipe for success. Ed English of Corner Brook graduated last spring from Dalhousie University with an MBA. He could have gone to Toronto to work in the heart of Bay Street, but he decided to come back to Newfoundland and buy a fish plant that was going broke. In less than a year, using fish, strawberries, frozen vegetables and other products, he's found his recipe for success, has turned things around, and the future looks promising.

Steady, pragmatic, he's the last person you'd expect to find his head in the clouds. He wasn't even a passenger on a plane, let along the pilot of one, until he was nearly 40.
