A year after her adoption, Josephine's detector dog sniffs something illegal in her best friend's brother Anthony's backpack. This triggers an argument between them but Catherine ends up confessing to Josephine that her brother, the cute scientist, is being taxed at school. To avoid reprisals, he acts as a drug courier for a gang of offenders his age.
