Andy's dad is a coal man for the railway and moves next door to Wally. The two become friends and take the train to go on fishing trip. It took almost two hours to arrive at the pond that Wally believes to be the best fishing spot in Newfoundland. After a day of fishing and catching as many fish as they could carry home they went to sleep in their tent. During the night the winds became very strong and their tent landed in the nearby pond forcing them to sleep outdoors under the stars. Next day they catch the train back home.
